SUGARMUSES® WHOLESALE POLICIES
Products are offered at wholesale cost to brick and mortar retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. Wholesale products are available for use in spas, gift stores, health stores, and speciality boutiques. Since our wholesale products are priced below our MSRP, plus the cost of shipping, retailers must meet the following criteria in order to open a wholesale account:
Inquirers must complete a wholesale account application, providing your company name, store location, EIN and Tax ID.
Your store must meet the standards of the SugarMuses® brand and not dilute the image we promise to uphold for our wholesale family.
Accounts are reviewed weekly. We reserve the right to cancel an account should SugarMuses® products not be well maintained, displayed or presented well, or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging or falsely representing products as your own is strictly prohibited. SugarMuses® does not allow our products to be sold on the internet for any shops/stores, any type of auction site and can only be sold at physical brick and mortar store locations provided to SugarMuses® at the time of order. Products must be sold under and by the company whose TAX ID number is on file. Products cannot be sold at temporary locations not previously approved by SugarMuses® (such as art & craft festivals/shows, etc). SugarMuses® products can not be sold at consignment shops, second hand stores, or stores that contain previously owned products (without prior approval). We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of SugarMuses®.
Minimum Order Quantity
Each order has a minimum of $100 (excluding S/H). Orders must consist of at least 1 (one) item in the cart with a minimum quantity of 3 for each individual items in the cart. For example: If you add 1 oil blend to the cart, it must have a quantity of 3 bottles to be able to add it to your cart. Then your cart must meet the minimum of $100 before being able to checkout.
Our wholesale products are priced 50% below our MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Products purchased from SugarMuses® shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to SugarMuses®. Pricing may be adjusted by SugarMuses® at its sole discretion. In cases of violation of this policy, resellers will be allowed 24 hours to bring all advertising into compliance. Warnings and written notices will not be provided. Failure to comply immediately will result in discontinued shipments and possible account termination. SugarMuses® reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of SugarMuses®.
Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency when the order is placed. At this time, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc). SugarMuses® accepts credit card payments only (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). Credit card charges will appear on your statement as SugarMuses®. If you have any questions or need to discuss other options, please contact email@example.com. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. SugarMuses® reserves the right to refuse any order appearing to be fraudulent.
Fulfillment can take up to 3 weeks depending upon order volume, stock levels, and therefore all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 8-13 business days from the time of your order unless expedited shipping is selected; keep in mind expedited shipping is for shipment and not order fulfillment processing times. Larger orders may require more time; please contact SugarMuses® for information about availability prior to completing purchase. Back-ordered items will not be processed and products may be purchased when inventory/stock levels are replenished.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 9% per invoice total. SugarMuses® will offer the lowest shipping rate possible to resellers, including calculated rates; a minimum charge of $25.00 will apply. We do not ship international orders at this time except to Canada. All resellers will have the option of using a Delivery Confirmation service which can be added during the checkout process. Orders ship via USPS and information in your wholesale account will be used for shipments, please include all necessary account information and ensure accuracy prior to purchasing. Insurance is not required on orders (domestically and internationally) and is optional during checkout for the customer. SugarMuses® will not be responsible for any loss or damages that may occur.
Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees
SugarMuses® is committed in maintaing a great relationship with our retailers. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges; however, we will work with retailers to resolve any issues to the best of our ability to ensure retailers are satisfied with their purchase. Should a return be deemed acceptable, shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund if issued. Should an international shipment be unclaimed and returned, refunds will not be given and the buyer's account will result in discontinued shipments and possible account termination.
Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents, packing materials, and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Please provide supporting photos of the damage / issue to firstname.lastname@example.org within the time period above. Shipments that arrive damaged will be reviewed and we will contact you direclty to discuss further arrangements. For shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, customers will need to file a claim with their postal carrier. For any circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns are not acceptable without SugarMuses® prior approval. Should an approved return be accepted shipping will be charged.
Please email with details and your return request for authorization prior to returning it. Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted, refunded, or replaced.
Canceling/Changing Your Order
We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. Sometimes orders can be processed more quickly than expected and once fulfilliment has begun it will not be cancelled or altered. You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. If it has not, we will be glad to make changes to it within 24 hours of placing your order.
It is the retailer's responsibility to maintain and display a clean, professional environment for SugarMuses® products. Failure to do so can result in termination of your wholesale account.
The sale or distribution of SugarMuses® products outside the United States, Canada, or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by SugarMuses®. SugarMuses® reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of SugarMuses®.

Resellers must have their own brick and mortar store location, privacy and customer service policies, as well as overall business ethics that are compatible with those of SugarMuses®. It is crucial that the SugarMuses® family remain a reputable and trusted brand. You may not sell SugarMuses® products using a company web address (internet), a subdirectory of another company’s URL, such as an Amazon.com, or an Etsy storefront. Additionally, you cannot sell products through any online platform or auction site such as eBay. SugarMuses® products should be represented as part of a category of like products in your physical store. All SugarMuses® material, including text from our website, ads, catalog, and other written documentation, may be used only with the express written consent of SugarMuses®. The presentation of the SugarMuses® line in your store must clearly differentiate from SugarMuses® company websites and must not confuse a “reasonable consumer”. SugarMuses® will review your information prior to setting up an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion. SugarMuses® will also perform reviews periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with this policy.
