I bought this to enhance my sometimes lucid dreams. It is a roll-on which is nice, and it smells wonderful. I haven't really used it yet. I'm not sure exactly how to use it. I'm new to the craft and haven't found much on the use of mugwort. So if you have any advice I would welcome it.
